How long does setup take?
Most teams connect their first source and publish a dashboard in under 15 minutes. Our setup guide walks you through each integration.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from billing settings. Changes are prorated to the day.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in the region you choose during setup, either the EU or the US, and encrypted at rest and in transit.
Do you offer discounts for startups and nonprofits?
Yes. Eligible startups and registered nonprofits get 50% off the Team plan for the first year.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace moves to the free Starter plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade whenever you are ready.
